非常好。之前看了有的评论说这天堂酒店不好，实在不解。搞得本来怀着试试看的心情，没想到环境，服务都不错。住的天星阁，停车都是统一停在停车场10块钱1天很近。酒店直接在景区里，环境很好，装修也行。泡完温泉坐班车15分钟一班上山，随瀑布走下山一路景色很爽。非常推荐。

位置是不錯了但設備是真的非常老舊感覺得垃圾的服務人員也一班班衛生方面也還可以只是和我七年前入住的盤龍峽觀星閣完全不一樣了七年前來時覺得整個景區很好有高大上的感覺但這次入住只能用垃圾二字來形容以後不會再來這里玩了

酒店位于景区里面，位置优越，环境一流，但很多硬件设施陈旧需要维修，服务方面还需改进，温泉不太好，不是很值得推荐！
