酒店本身不错，环境也好；不巧的是温泉正好故障，前台服务较好，升级了房型。但其他的服务一般，特别是本来有个表演，因为人少取消了，去等了一会，竟然骗我们说过了时间，态度不好。

订了两间别墅房两晚，交了8000元，住了一晩，第二天退房走人，4000元不要了，不是一般的烂，是烂、烂、烂，你花800元一晚住7天连锁都不会那么火，据我观察，不是各别房间的问题，是全部房间都这样，房间霉味很重，环境湿度大，偏偏用地毯，从不打理；电话坏了、电视坏了、灯不亮，配了水壶，房间却居然找不到插座煮水，问怎么办，答把灯拔了，就有插座了;桌子底下有蜘蛛网，因为带着小朋友，气得够呛；车上不让开进酒店，问停车场为什么有哪么多车，而且空位很多，答那是大人物停车的地方，噎住了；问前台，你们就不怕差评吗？答我都自己上网给差评，你们尽管评；包吃，但吃得像灾年富人施粥时，争先恐后的灾民；我走了，不会再来，让大人物来吧

赏星房原来没有天窗的，躺床上看不到星星。房内卫生不怎么滴，水盆边的帘子都发霉了。虽然外面景色好，但不敢开窗，环境太原生态，有蚊子和不知名的昆虫会光顾。

房间比较大，两个房间的阳台是通的，很好！夜空的星星确实美。但插座较少，只有网线没有wifi。装修一般。纯生态环境，小动物较多，这情况能理解。
