观星阁房内卫生非常一般，设施显旧，洗澡热水要等半小时。胜在景区老少咸宜，下山小径穿人字拖也可以走。

整体体验很差。房间老旧，1000多的房间，花洒都是坏的。观星阁天窗遥控也不行。早餐尤其坑爹！没吃过这么差劲的自助早餐！整个行程下来唯一可取的就是整体自然环境还可以。
顺便说下，这个鬼酒店在艺龙的电话号码还是空号！笑死你爹了！

观星阁太亏了，早知就订个便宜点的其它房可能也好。天窗打开看到的是树叶，可能那树太长时间没修剪了，但那天天气多云也看不到星星，也就罢了，可是天窗的帘子关不严，一早天亮就开始刺眼，影响睡眠；外面的环境还是不错的
