员工态度很好，房间和如家一个档次，却是香格里拉的价位，房间隔音很差旁边屋说话听的清清楚楚，洗手间下水道噪音很大，哗啦啦的睡不着觉，坑！实在太坑了

价格偏贵，但是这地方也没别的地方住！幸好没有定靠近里边的，贵300，当天的烟花只有几秒钟！太不划算！早餐贵得要命，还规定时段吃，非常早！根本没必要定！正常时段还要加钱！

免费升级温带房，每天晚上还配有欢迎水果，还有小朋友的小礼物。孩子非常喜欢，窗口就看到烟花表演。服务员细心，热情❤️。美好的旅途总是短暂的，孩子依依不舍的离开，一路哭一路回家😏。哭了好几个小时，他说：实在太喜欢企鹅，实在太喜欢北极熊了，实在太喜欢鲸鲨了，太喜欢企鹅酒店的房间了，我真不想回家😓。
