非常好，服务态度好，干净！入住也还算快，说是下午三点以后但是我一点多就收到可以办理入住的短信了，还送了水果，就是里面吃饭很贵，但带小朋友来非常方便，随时回来休息，推荐！

服务太差，刚住完广州长隆酒店过来住这里，对比服务太差了，问个问题，说了三遍您好，服务员愣是没有理我，早餐时间规定那么早就罢了，叫服务员收拾餐桌，十分钟才来，在酒店买海洋王国门票，前台人员一脸不高兴，还嫌我不买代餐的套票，两人偷偷取笑，要不是为了孩子，做好榜样，我早就投诉那两个服务员了，太差了，这还是淡季，酒店背面竟然总是有人停车，窗帘24小时不能拉开，总之，这是我出去旅游那么多，住过的五星酒店最差的，尤其服务，让人没有好心情！

主题酒店，到海洋王国很方便，就是吃东西好贵，按理说付了那么多房费包顿早餐不过分吧，吃早餐提前买券一家三口都要200多，这样算下来吃个早饭200多还是贵了点
