Overall smooth check in with Eli in front desk has supported us and put me in a higher floor per request. Breakfast is good and well managed with additional tables to accommodate people. Roof top bar is good.

Great value hotel stay. Near Macau-Zhuhai Hengqin immigration and Chimelong Ocean Park. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice with good variety.

房间设计很有特色，各功能区都相通，但有隐形门相隔，显得空间好大。冲凉房的顶部居然有两个花洒，好特别。窗外视野开阔，入住体验very good！

晚班飞机到了，零点入住，第一个房间双床中间有个创口贴，客房电话打不通，用携程搜寻电话后再打，换了一个房间后，又发现一个假睫毛，大夜里的真是懒得换了，早餐还行

Purchased stay voucher, and selected date for the stays. All the staffs very friendly & helpful. Reception, Eli upgraded our room to suite room located at 22nd floor, the suite room clean & spacious, with big bathtub. Requested decoration for wedding anniversary, and the strawberry cheese mousse prepared by hotel taste good. The package included breakfast, all days drinks & the happy hour session started on 5.30pm. A lot choice of food & beverage too. Went to the swimming pool & kids club too. Hotel provided free shuttle bus to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom & zhuhai port also. Please feel free to reserve it at lobby reception. Beside the lobby has a pastry stall, the cake & apple pie taste good. The staff, Preeki good hospitality and served us well! Definitely enjoyed the stayed, will come back here if got chance! :)

元旦一家出行，连通房不错，既满足聚会又休息互不打扰，酒店提前一晚电话联系，添加管家微信，方便谘询，表扬Emily和Victoria, 提前准备好房间和管家服务，除了周边景观一般，酒店小孩玩的比较少，其他还是好评，房间和早餐都不错

带了长者小孩儿，订的连通房，非常方便。房间很乾净，三个衞生间。入住前酒店就会联系了解住客需求以及入住时间，管家服务很好。首日的??蛋糕非常精致，水果也用心了，mini bar的饮品也很丰富，不全是碳酸类的。早餐种类丰富，人非常多，小童俱乐部适合幼儿园小宝宝，户外滑梯区域比较丰富，泳池的话冬季不太适合小朋友，要穿过户外平台。行政酒廊餐品没有很惊艳，不过小朋友还挺满意。去长隆、去机场、去横琴口岸都非常非常方便。

这次在珠海横琴凯悦酒店的入住体验非常棒。我们预订的是亲子房，房间面积很大，整体非常新，设施齐全、乾净舒适，对带孩子的家庭来説非常友好。
特别要感谢酒店的工作人员 Niya，在入住前后的安排都非常细心周到，让人感到被真正照顾到。房间里准备的拼图玩具孩子特别喜欢，一进房间就玩得不亦乐乎，完全超出了我们的预期。
原本只计划入住 1 晚，因为孩子实在太喜欢这个房间，加上整体入住体验很好，临时决定延长到 3 晚。可以説这是一次让大人和孩子都非常满意的入住体验。
如果是亲子出行，非常推荐横琴凯悦酒店，下次来珠海还会再次选择这里。
