房间很棒，环境也很好，隔音也很棒，服务态度也很好。周边配套还在建设中，楼下的商场十一人不会太多。早餐期间人很多，需要改善的是增加服务员。

新的酒店，整体比较干净。入住及退房都比较快，客房服务也迅速。虽然位置偏，周边环境不是很好，但去长隆玩还是比较方便，推荐。特别是前台服务很好，退房时忘记开发票，后面联系客服Victoria，立即开票还顺丰邮寄。

首先卫生真的很差，我们入住的第一间房，洗澡的时候发现卫生间里有头发，擦身体发现毛巾上有头发，地毯也不干净，遂要求换房，没想到第二间房毛巾上也有头发，因为有点晚孩子要睡了，折腾了一小时，最后经理给我们升级成套房，可惜的是套房的卫生也很差，半夜空调板还掉了下来，吓尿，除了卫生差，厕所设计也很不合理，浴缸与淋浴在一起，淋浴的时候弄脏了浴缸，感觉坐浴很不卫生，马桶是单独的，这个门的设计真的神了，很重，打开也不能固定，空调的声音也特别大，四周根本没东西，还有个工地，早餐住了那么多年的酒店竟然第一次遇见要排队，菜品也很少，非常不愉快的体验。

接待能力不足,早餐排长龙。咖啡厅和大堂有苍蝇，房间空调吵，无法静音。wifi根本走不动，看个视频都卡
