因为是第一次入住，而且还是学生所以不知道正常退房时间，酒店说在退房时间前半个小时打了房间电话，但是人已经出去了，所以没有人在房间接电话，但是酒店在打完房间电话却没人后没有打本人手机，难道住酒店就一定要一直窝在酒店吗？没有人接听房间电话就不能打手机吗？还理直气壮地问不知道退房时间吗？学生去旅游要不就是跟团要不就是家长带，很少会自己搞定全部的事，这服务态度真的，我绝b服气。艺龙也是不负责。以后都不会在艺龙订酒店，也不会订任何东西，以后都不会再入住悦栈，尤其珠海拱北店

我一直都选择这家酒店，它给我的感觉就是安静，条件好，交通方便，服务态度好。但昨晚入住就给我感觉不是那么好哦，卫生就不行了，昨晚发现床单上有点脏，要求换床单竟然说换床单要给钱的，我心就不舒服，不是钱的问题啊，因为我还没上床睡过就发现脏了，没道理叫我给钱才换吧。
