和朋友们一起各自带小孩选了这个酒店四间房是这趟行程唯一后悔的事。办理入住前台服务超级差超级没有责任心。担保金，预订款，什么都是推给网站，什么都是叫跟网站联系。那些所谓的免费升级全是骗人的，给钱都说换不了。谁知后面更离谱，退房时竟然多收一间房的房费，当时查完房后还叫我直接离店，说押金、担保金会原路退回！辛亏我要打印了一张确认单，然后第三天仔细看才反应过来，然后跟前台交涉几次还没有及时处理，到现在第六天了，还没答复。非得今天发飙了才叫我给账号退钱。如果客人没发现，他们就打算默默的把钱收了，还是一直都是这样的套路？看来是不想继续营业了。

本来想定维也纳，后来朋友推荐这家，说海景房景观超好。所以一气订了3房，2海景豪华双床，1唐氏大床。由于当天完长隆又已经9点多，到达酒店说这种预订必须在18:00前入住，否则不留房间。吓死宝宝了，后来在前台服务员马上协助处理了，虽然不能安排同一层，但是都安排了较高房间，所以景观一级棒，歌剧院和大船互相映衬，景色迷人。更赞的是，唐氏大床房升级到家庭房，2米大床加1.2单床，房间宽敞，还能看到海景，真是惊喜。非常满意的一次入住。只是大家要认真看条款的入住时间，如果要迟入住，提前联系酒店。否则房满了，不要说升级，房间都没有了。
