昨天晚上11点半左右入住，后出门吃夜宵，后回来，发现房间空调只能设置到26度，半小时后完全没有降温，叫服务员来处理，还说没办法，慢慢就凉快了，还让我们开着门，让走廊的冷气传到房间里，大晚上的，不关门客服人员有病吧！！！后来总台打电话让我们换房间，换的房间，味道非常大，非常难闻，而且电视还是坏的，叫了客服人员过来开电视，客服说开不了，说房间没有了，如果我们不住就让我们退房，那时已经是凌晨1点多了，真是无语！酒店周边都有一股鱼臭味

环境还可以，旁边有商场，有吃饭的地方，但是晚上前台把房又开给别人，要条浴巾等到天亮也没有见人送过来！
