酒店很不错，设施新，服务员彬彬有礼，有中餐厅，韩国餐，三温暖，水疗中心，酒吧及卡拉OK等，全部都尝试了，食物好吃。酒店离滑雪场就200米，非常方便，适合家庭出游！

房间比凯悦大，酒店还算比较安静和私密，早餐虽然种类不是很多，但总体蛮好吃的。餐厅的小鸡炖蘑菇非常好吃。酒店的游泳池水温在冬季也还行，室外温泉也比凯悦的大。不过礼宾部太差了，我们一行三人，早早地坐在酒店大堂等机场大巴，竟然没人通知，到点了一问说在旁边排队就行，结果过了5分钟，来了个人说机场大巴已经开走了，气死我了！

对于这个价位的酒店服务真的很一般，甚至可以说是差。晚上10点到达酒店，班车把我们送到酒店门口竟然行李都不帮我们拿出来，就站着看我和小孩（一个9岁，一个11岁）两个自己钻到车里搬，这么冷的天我们初来乍到，酒店的大门紧闭着，也没人出来迎接，办理入住的时候我提了一些意见，前台小妹竟然跟我说你可以换其它酒店，我真的无语了，同样的地理环境还是威斯汀和喜来登更超值，柏悦太让我失望了。

万达滑雪场附近最好的酒店，号称六星级，酒店房间直接可以看到外面的上山缆车，周边的商业街也应有尽有，距离非常近！
