很少对酒店给予全五星的评价，春节前住了4晚，非常愉快的一段入住经历，也是我目前为止对服务最满意的一家酒店之一。之前在万达假日度假酒店住了一晚，退房时印象并不是太好，所以才转来了柏悦。在柏悦住的很开心，每一个员工员工见面时都洋溢着真诚的微笑，无微不至的服务让人有宾至如归的感觉，特别是礼宾部的小孙，接待和服务很周到，值得特别表扬，有一天我们从雪场滑雪回来玩得比较晚错过了滑雪服务台的营业时间，小孙还专门帮另外找了临时保管雪具的地方并找车帮我们搬运去存放，随后在帮忙联系用车及去北坡旅游的服务等等也很热情细致，让我们有朋友一样的感觉。柏悦在万达的众多度假酒店中价格虽贵，但服务绝对超一流，值得推荐，绝对是以后去长白度假的首选。

住的主楼大床房，非常棒！妈妈喜欢！早餐虽然样不多，但是吃的特别安逸，没有喧闹，非常喜欢，下次必住！

环境好，被群山环抱，免费升级别墅套房，中式古典装修，人少，环境幽静，后面的木栈道可上山，绝对是天然氧吧，全家、情侣出行首选

这次柏悦、凯悦都住了，柏悦价格贵一些，但位置更好、安静，泡温泉的位置视线绝佳，价值客人少，几乎独享，太爽了！早餐品种没有凯悦丰富，但品质更好。房间设施肯定也更上一层楼，建议住在主楼5楼朝向天池的一侧，视线非常棒，茫茫林海尽在眼底。可以说柏悦、凯悦各有所长，柏悦价格贵，尤其是吃饭，但品质更好。
