如果你喜欢相对安静、有文化内涵的酒店，那么长白山柏悦应该是首选。无论是装修格调还是员工服务，我都觉得非常满意。

酒店的早餐不够丰富；房间内的坐厕和二个洗手盆都下水不畅，后叫工作人员来修理；滑雪和租赁箱子必须到凯悦去办理，有点不便；去一楼女宾SPA干蒸和湿蒸还不错，但更衣箱内都没有浴巾，外面冲洗地方也没有放浴巾，这点服务没到位；总体干净程度满意，服务也满意。
