到店无房，我们从预定的两个套房被迫降级换成了两个大床房。结果一间房间的遮光窗帘坏了，早上很早就被刺眼的阳光叫醒！更有甚者，早上服务员来收拾房间告诉我前台说房间酒水要收走，大概是觉得我消费不起，怕我偷喝吧！餐厅接待能力有限，早餐要等，五个人挤一张小台。晚餐更好，直接告诉容量有限你接待不了。

泳池不错，很干净，更衣室也非常卫生，特别是户外的暖池，外面冰天雪地，泡着热水真是享受。早餐也挺丰富的，离滑雪中心需要步行约五分钟，整体感觉值了
