  房间空间宽敞，整体布局舒适。床很大，床垫软硬适中，睡眠体验不错。衞浴设施齐全，有浴缸和独立淋浴，使用方便。房间提供瓶装饮用水，既有一次性瓶装水，也有环保可循环的玻璃瓶装水，细节贴心。 唯一不太满意的是早餐，口味一般，种类和味道都不太合胃口，不太推荐预订早餐。如果不追求酒店早餐，单纯追求住宿舒适，这家性价比还是可以的，适合对睡眠环境有要求、喜欢宽敞空间的客人。

  房间的装修有点像上个世纪末的酒店，花洒??是坏的，每天早出晚归也没让人来修。我们住的26号房靠街道，摩托车??很吵，没有景色可看。 冰箱里的饮料不要喝。没有标价，但是会收费。我们退房前有人来检查。这些饮料估计也放挺久的了。楼下有个小便利店，可以买。 退房时收每晚10元旅游费。第一次住洲际，没有泳池。不知道是所有洲际都这么差，还是只此一家。 发一下三天的早餐，中国胃受苦啦！

  酒店人员服务很好，设施也挺齐全，洗漱用品、烧水壶、冰箱、一次性拖鞋、保险箱都有，大堂有饮水机接水。酒店到珀斯湾（天鹅河）步行几分钟就到，酒店出门就有公交站，到CBD、码头、火车站、国王公园都在免费区域内（珀斯除了有几条免费公交线外，CBD区域内所有公交都是免费的），要去远处买一张7AUD的Dayrider通票，当天可以不限次的乘坐火车，非常方便。

  差评。 基本衞生都做不好。 到酒店晚上了。洗澡洗完了发现浴巾也没放。 第二天起来发现床单还是脏的，整个人都不好了，又洗个澡。 退房的时候反应了，前台説我反映一下，连个道歉都没有。 位置：有点尴尬，去哪都远，离电车站还要过个桥再过个街。 装修：房间面积还可以的，就是旧了，保养不太行，感觉比较放飞，接了很多空乘团。
