  一家人在曼谷旅游5天，都住在这个酒店，酒店位置非常好，在市中心地铁蓝线和轻轨绿线两个地铁站边上，出行非常方便，早餐在酒店一楼的意大利餐厅吃，每天自己点一份不同的西式早餐，吃的不错，酒店安静，乾净，服务好，遗憾的是，中间有一天我们去大城古城玩，要退房，第二天再回来入住，隔夜寄存行李要收费200泰铢/件，太贵了

  主要两个问题 1.噪音 住在5楼，凌晨四点就被房间外面的声音吵醒，退房的时候问服务员説是穆斯林的祷告声。 我尊重宗教信仰，但影响我的睡眠就不行。无论是酒店的设施问题，隔音做的不好，还是算酒店环境问题都可以，但不能给客人一个安静的睡眠保障，就不是好的酒店。 2.态度傲慢 酒店基本不回覆邮件，看到备注接机需要提前一天联系酒店，抱着试试看的心态入住当天发了封邮件谘询，没有回覆。 以为是没有订单不回覆，就下了订单再发邮件，结果还是不回覆。 落地了，携程帮忙沟通也仍然无果。 自己大从机场打车去酒店7公里多的路程，grab要47元，blue bird 要75元，机场可能有额外的收费。 虽然距离机场比较近，但自己打车费用不低。

  The 24 Degress has plenty of delicious food, my favorite food includes Waffle, pancakes, chicken, Island fruit, etc. Additionally, the service is so nice, thanks for all staffs, including Sana Riyaz alaan, Najah reebeem restaurant manager, Good place to go! 24度餐厅吃的很爽，量比较足，每顿基本吃不下，特别是早餐比较丰富，推荐华夫饼、煎饼、水果，服务很耐心细致，基本随喊随到，算得上“乾饭岛”

  2night stay at Discovery SCDB to attend a conference in Jakarta. Booked a twin share room and this was the most unique and well designed twin-share room I have ever stayed in! 2 beds but with a separator and individual amenities for each person! 2 of almost everything including desk, TV, wardrobe & even separate wash basins! Room was clean. Wifi was stable and fairly fast. Morning breakfast was booked inclusive and is a free-flow ala-carte breakfast ordered from their menu. Food was tasty and the restaurant ambience and service was excellent. Check-in was very straightforward and staff was friendly, helpful and most importantly, spoke good English. Location was excellent right in the middle of the CBD next to a huge shopping mall Pacific Place. Overall an excellent stay. Will definitely return when next there. Highly recommended.

  hill side停车场电梯到4层就可走到，入住率很高，保洁和服务没有其他同类酒店那么好，早餐晚餐需要排队等坐，餐饮品质一般，冬季奥莱晚上7点就关门了，晚到的客人餐饮选择有限，其实如果购物的话，住在御殿场站边的酒店可能性价比更好。

  这个酒店简直太满意了，价格在众多市中心的酒店里来説是比较便宜的，性价比非常不错，考虑到这个酒店是2019年才装修完的，住着非常乾净惬意，51层的酒吧可以看到整个吉隆坡美丽迷人的夜景，你的对面就是双子塔，喝杯小酒吹吹风简直无敌。白天的时候可以到29层泡个温泉游个泳晒个太阳，爽

  I had a wonderful stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcomed. The room was modern and very clean, with a comfortable bed and stunning city views. Housekeeping was impeccable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location is excellent — right in the heart of KL, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and major attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local and international options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely choose EQ KL again for my next visit.
