  前台就一个服务生，checkin真的很慢很慢，等了快半小时才完成，期间服务生至少接了五个电话，敲了老久的电脑键盘，十分符合当地人慢悠悠不紧不慢的人设。设施呢比较老旧，电插孔真的不多，不过比起路上二手老爷出租车的乘坐体验，也还过得去。

  酒店工作人员服务都非常礼貌周到。来之前管家Blue加了微信，提供了各种小贴士，入住时间内，提供了不少帮助。办理入住时前台的Vicky，在看到我家小朋友身高，主动提醒我之前预订的房间中的小床相对较小些，不太适合我家的，建议换了另外一间，服务非常主动专业。 中餐厅的菜色香味都很好，随便点没有踩雷的，但是偶尔会有材料备货不足的情况，还有专门解腻的茶，服务有心就；自助菜丰富，补货足。 房间保养得不错，很干净，踩脚凳、幼儿洗漱用品、防撞条什么的都有，如果带小小孩来，也是比较适合的。 玖园景色不错，正好碰到下雪，别有味道。 总体来说，中吴的服务餐饮景观令人十分满意。

  这次带着家人一起来常州，特意选择了中吴，酒店整体的硬件设施和服务非常出色。因为家人先到酒店，我到的时候已经是晚些时候，一进门前台小姐姐王佳懿就特别热情周到，全程笑容亲切，一下子就让人心情特舒畅，没让我多等一分钟，同时又非常细心，二话不说就把酒店里的园林风光、餐厅怎么走、游玩路线快速介绍清楚，都很实用。入住整体体验真的特别舒服。她特别善解人意，知道我们行程比较赶，帮忙申请延迟退房，让我们整段旅程都轻松了很多。我们还去体验了酒店里的黑珍珠一星中餐厅毓秀舫，菜品精致又好吃，口味都很在线，玖园风光让人眼前一亮，散步、观景、拍照都特别惬意。不管是家庭出行还是陪伴长辈，这里都非常合适，是我愿意给五星好评的好酒店！

  中吴宾馆环境优雅，绿花水景融为一体，特别宾馆后面的玖园，别有洞天，江南园林建筑堪称一绝，惊艳了我们一家。酒店的餐饮也非常好，早餐是我住过的酒店里面最为丰富的，日料非常棒新鲜美味，甜虾比我在外面大牌日料店吃的还要大，我家娃连吃2天日料。因为娃先吃了日料，强烈要求再次去，中餐厅这次都没来得及去，应该也非常不错，还有西式自助餐，下次也要体验。游泳池完美，乒乓球室也超级豪华，酒店院线同步电影可以看，太出人意料了，看来下次还得多住几天。还有不错的小童乐园，有小朋友的家庭适合住这。管家赵梦娇服务很周到。唯一美中不足，双床豪华湖景房都看不到湖的正面，只能看到一角。总之不虚此行。

  设施：过年后错峰带家人来中吴酒店玩，因为这几天在下雨所以就专门泡酒店啦。这次选的亲子房非常棒，有好几种房型可以根据自己的需求来选择。我们选的滑梯上下铺。其实可以住一大家。但是我们就两大一小。所以两米的大床可以足够打滚啦！房间有浴缸，上下铺，小童小沙发，小画板，亲子属性拉满。 服务：出行之前管家Blue姐姐就已经提前加了微信发了图片让我选房，也提前准备好小童床围栏洗漱用品之类的。耐心解释套餐里的内容，有问必答，给Blue姐姐点赞。而且是个超温柔超级漂亮的管家噢！因为小朋友的巧克力丢了就立刻送来了金币巧克力，小朋友开心的蹦蹦跳。 游乐场非常大，足够孩子放电一整天，维护的也不错，前面管理员一直在维持秩序。强调小孩子们注意安全。玖园是本次最大的惊喜，接驳车随时可以带住客去逛园林，旅拍也是在这里。白天去的景色很美，晚上8点亮灯了以后更漂亮且清净。 下次还会多住几天再尝试一下黑珍珠餐厅！ 给我的管家Blue姐姐点赞~希望她一切顺利万事胜意。

  【环境】酒店占地面积很大，园林式设计，小桥流水、假山梅林，环境特别清幽。酒店前台可坐接驳车到“玖园”（步行也可前往，距离不远），这部分是酒店园林的精华，中式风格更为凸显。 【美食】酒店的“毓秀舫”餐厅是黑珍珠餐厅，其中“萝卜干炒饭”绝对惊艳，米饭Q弹，入口丝滑。早餐也不错，品类较为丰富。 【设施】酒店健身房、国标泳池都很大，就是房间配置的吹风机不大行，功率小。

  One of the best stays we ever had. Family of 5 with 3 kids all under 12 years old. We all can say this is the best stay we ever had, everything was consistent. From customer service, food quality, room cleanliness, friendly and accomodating concierge/checkin counters. It felt we were there for days when we were just there for 2 days and 1 night. You dont have to go anywhere in this hotel resort. They have all the amenities which you can enjoy with your family. Only downside was we waited an hour at mix lounge for lunch. But still made up for the food taste. Definitely highly recommended. Commends to sahara, shikin, cece and everyone who has made our stay comfortable. 5 stars indeed. My daughter lost her smart watch and they are sending it back to us and has initiated to reach out to us. Amazing service. Thank you again!

  房间非常舒适，酒店的服务超一流，都是亲子旅行居多，小童游乐设施、温泉和各种互动活动都很棒，尤其是春节期间的醒狮表演、晚间各种节目和焰火表演，非常完美的一次旅行，表扬一下管家美日、家杰，特别是中餐厅的服务领班，有两次都是玩结束较晚卡点点餐，领班非常贴心周到，中餐口味很棒，有机会儿一定再去！

  Pool was closed by health department Management was very rude Feces was discovered in the elevator. Refrigerator in room didn’t work! Breakfast was horrible.

I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the breakfast.
