昨晚入住公寓南区702房，洗澡时打湿了配饰，就临时挂在椅背上晾干，今早离店时忘拿了，下午打电话给酒店，回答说服务员未发现，竞然有这种现象，形象大打折扣，希望酒店方重视，能给满意答复，国内外住了那么多回酒店，比一下还是有差距的，内部管理跟不上，尤其是第一线人员的素质有待提高，明天我会亲自去酒店解决此事！
