最差最差的差评！
原本在这个酒店凌晨三点入住，第二天退房，只需两晚房费，也就不到3000块钱，结果我到酒店后被通知六点以后的房间预订成功，现在无房！我只能开了个套房！和酒店销售说明了情况，说退掉预定的普通房，直接续住套房，结果晚上回到酒店被通知无法退房！种种奇葩！酒店的服务太差！我入住了30个小时，一个人住一间套房扔一间普通间、一共消费六千多！太次太次的服务了！和销售部协商好的事，事后人家都不承认！再也不会选择这家酒店了！而且第二天续住套房，问了酒店是2160元/前台要收我2600/天按我第一天入住时收费！真的是没谁了！

酒店位置不错，周边五分钟路程就有广州酒家，蕉叶和点都德。大堂富丽堂皇，房间很大，设施还不错，洗发水沐浴液都是欧舒丹的，还有咖啡机，这点比白天鹅好。问题有两点：一服务人员见了客人不问好，好像很忙似的。二房间的角落木制的踢脚板（一块四方形木板）上有大团灰尘。个人感觉服务还有提升空间。

作为五星级酒店卫生条件还有待提高，洗手间洗漱盆不干净，刚入住时发现前面客人在里面吐痰痕迹没有清洁干净
