本来订的花园客房，后来酒店给免费升级了套房。酒店的历史底蕴我个人很喜欢，很有味道。服务人员的态度也非常亲切勤恳。美中不足的，刚入住的时候，就发现床上有头发和一小瓣碎瓜子壳。入住第二天晚上房卡莫名奇妙开不了房门，打电话让前台派人来，结果十多分钟都没人来，又打了第二次才有人来。后来让前台送一张新房卡，结果又没送来，因为没有再出房间，所以就不追究，第二天直接退房了。酒店整体上硬件和服务都是很好的，但有时候后续跟进的服务要做好，别总让客人催促才想起来要跟进。希望酒店能越做越好。
