因为航班，客人不能按时到国内，酒店不能退，那就换人住吧，结果也不行，非要我拿客人的护照才能入住，这个是什么鬼道理？有客人护照客人就来了，我还用得着去找人住嘛？而且钱是我付的，我却享受不了服务，非要我证明你妈是你妈？花园酒店是店大欺客，狮一样的五星级酒店！

酒店即便装修 感觉也一般 毕竟是老酒店
楼层客房密集 人流大 淋浴空间太小 空间小 早餐及服务很一般 唯独优点是市区较近

不愧是白金五星酒店，从踏进酒店得那一刻就能感受到。checkin的小姐姐非常nice，怕我们等太久会饿，还送了酒店自制的巧克力曲奇，服务贴心。房间虽然不大，但是格局布置得非常巧妙，虽然是年代悠久的酒店，但是设施都很新，特别是TWG的茶包，胶囊咖啡机以及飞利浦蓝牙音响，都给人一种家的感觉。特别喜欢床和枕头，很软很舒服，可以安心的睡觉。

非常好的入住体验。一进大厅，看到金碧辉煌的壁画，真美。因为带着两个孩子，当初订房时注明一定要双床，入住登记时没有双床了，前台服务人员立刻帮我免费升级成了行政套房，还加了一张床。行政套房房间大了很多，孩子们在房间玩儿的很开心。房间干净整洁，加床的工作人员阿姨态度也非常好，洗手间装洗漱用具的盒子上是美丽的木棉花，设计的很漂亮。入住时刚好赶上台风帕卡经过广州，外面的风非常大，在房间里却完全感受不到强台风的威力。花园酒店不愧是白金五星级酒店，下次去广州首选还是它。
