平安夜当天去的，自助餐超多人，餐厅管理混乱，服务不周，在没能满足预订客人的前提下又不断让临时客人进场用餐，计划不周，预案不足，有些人两个人霸了一张六人圆桌，浪费位置，但餐厅没能及时控制，同时外面却排了几十人在等位置，后来加台加至酒店大堂甚至二楼走廊，食物都来不及补充，是我在星级酒店吃过的最差的一次自助餐。

酒店管理人员素质趋差。迎新年入住，并无房间条件中所列新年伴手礼和日历可送。东西虽小，却是了诚信。特别是受不了的是问及时酒店人员居临下的眼神，还有那份轻视和忽悠。在黑衣人眼里东西小，顾客可能更渺小。住恒大多次，不忍说，却不得不说。

大堂大气，房间够大，绿树环抱，空气清新。唯一感觉不好的地方是，和小区同一出口，清远恒大酒店就比较好，和小区分开的。

酒店房间不错，超大，就是酒店在小区里面，没有什么玩的，还有就是海鲜自助晚餐太坑了，就只有三文鱼跟虾还有花螺跟生蚝。就四样，吃的品种很少~好失望
