服务态度差，押金10天未到账。十几天后第二次入住在柜台查询，一开始说没有记录，并再三要求看扣费短信。后来找出POS机的单子给他们，就说已经退了，也没有任何凭证可提供。期间在问题没解决的情况下把我们晾在一边办理其他客户入住。最后来了个主管样的，说明天上班时间让财务提供凭证，客户明天一早的航班。客户很生气，说不信任他们。因为我们提供扣费卡和银行短信的情况下他们一直说没有记录还再三要求看银行短信，我们都提供了。后来客户说他不在乎那么一两千块，但是他们这种行为，就是耗上十年都要上法庭告他们，当然这是气话，奇葩的主管来了句你去报警吧！我们站在柜台前半个多小时，啥情况都没搞清楚，客户说了句气话就说那你报警去，这服务真***好！

好舒服的床，本以为机场旁边很吵，结果非常安静。半夜两三点到的，很近。走过来3.4分钟。可以打电话接机，不想太麻烦。
