网上订房刚入住给了一间地下室房间，空气满湿且有霉味，床单摸上去也是湿粘粘感觉，厕所拉门故障，估计是好久未有人住，经交涉换成山顶的房间，虽小了点感觉倒是舒服。即使最终解决了问题，但总觉得酒店有点不厚道，如此房间也能拿出手给客人住，当国人是傻瓜，除了这一不愉快，其他还算凑合。

订的湖景房，给了我一间在负层的房间，一进门就感觉空气不好，极其压抑，窗外就一堆杂草丛。跟前台反应换房，一开始是不愿意换的，在我强烈要求下，终于答应了，但是房卡迟迟不拿来。最后调到了山上的房间，风景好多了，正对湖面。既然写的湖景房，那就要给客人相应的房间，不要忽悠客人。
