该酒店在艺龙确认订单后，本人未入住，结果在客户端上显示我已经入住，导致本人以为酒店让其他人入住和艺龙系统故障，而没有入住。但艺龙反馈酒店不予撤销及弥补本人损失！这种商业行为完全就是骗钱！！！
