过年我们一家在广州住了三晚，白天鹅宾馆给我们留下了最深刻的印象。服务一流，我们住在江景房，房间设施给人惊喜，入住推开房间门，窗帘自动升起，珠江的美好景色映入眼帘。夜幕降临，坐在窗沿上欣赏珠江夜景，好不惬意啊！孩子说下次再去广州，只住白天鹅宾馆！

该酒店在艺龙确认订单后，本人未入住，结果在客户端上显示我已经入住，导致本人以为酒店让其他人入住和艺龙系统故障，而没有入住。但艺龙反馈酒店不予撤销及弥补本人损失！这种商业行为完全就是骗钱！！！
