酒店位于城市中心区，到周围游览、购物、吃饭走着就行了，是部队的酒店，停车可在大院里。早饭较差，设施一般，不过，对于自驾的游客也适用。

三立大厦位于杭州大厦旁边，原是部队招待所，房间有些破旧，但内装修尚可，不过房间内有些设施太破旧能更换就好了，靠街的的房间隔音不太好，不过总体性价比高，三星级尚待进一步改善。
