不愧为八一招待所。br设施有点久远，但都好好的，很干净。铺有地毯。很好用。房间里还有冰箱。br说点实际的吧。两个人恰好，每人一张床。三个人挤不下。

酒店位于市区繁华路段，附近有杭州大厦、采蝶轩、还有一家著名的甜食馆，外部环境十安静，内部设施很齐全，也比较干净， 只是设备的感觉有些陈旧，不过这个价格已经物超所值了，总之下次应该还会入住的吧！

住到半夜蟑螂在脖子上动，把我吵醒，一手打下去，发现是蟑螂，打死后，掉地上二天没人扫掉，到前台说你自己去投诉。

地段不错，房间有点旧，但价格公道。相对而言还是比较OK的。可能由于以前是军方的，所以服务员态度的热情不足，这需要改进！
