近几年只要到杭州，我都住三立大厦，因为出行、游玩比较方便，只是建议酒店方——大厅的一套沙发椅，该换换了，太影响美观了！

想去杭州好久了，每次都到选择入住酒店的时候搁浅了，不是价格的原因、就是地理位置的关系、还有就是时间的原因，这次我们选择杭州三立大厦很大的一个原因就是我们是自驾游的，这里可以免费停车，而且所处的位置离商业区和旅游景区都很近，交通非常便捷，另外一个原因就是价格优势，整体感觉装潢什么的有点旧了不过还算干净，这次我们过去订了两个房间——大床房，虽然是靠窗的，但是感觉也还行，以后如果去杭州还会继续选择的。

真的没有想到的啊，会那么不好，后来换成228的了，也还是好免强啊，要不是因为身体不太好，没有力气找其他地方，绝对不会住的，旧，小，卫生间不舒服，洗澡不方便～～～哎，地段倒真的不错，可是住的地方怎么就不能改进下呢？？？

酒店以前是八一招待所，里面的设施齐全，而且弄得很干净。最好的是它的地理位置，就在杭州大厦B座后面，购物吃饭都很方便，去火车站，汽车站也很快。到黄龙旅游集散中心是的士起步价就能到的。在杭州大厦附近的宾馆，这个算是性价比最高的了。其他同类的都大概是700起的。
