地段很市中心，交通方便。在杭州大厦旁边，逛街购物很近。之前了解到的是部队宾馆，所以卫生和环境等都很整洁。服务也很到位。

酒店位置很好，就在杭州大厦旁边，出去很方便，但是酒店内部没有餐厅，吃早饭要自己解决，朝北的房间会听到马路的声音

酒店坐落的地段还是很好的，自驾游去的很容易就找到了，下车看了酒店整体外观还是可以的，服务人员给我们安排的楼层在四楼。进入房间一下子就感觉不一样，很多地方的壁纸破了，有些已经撕掉了，有些还挂在墙上，卫生间的抽水马桶也是年代久远，盖子也只有一边固定住，好在打扫的比较干净。另外，茶水不是自己烧的，入住后会有人送来。房间靠近马路，又是中心区，晚上睡觉觉得比较吵杂，可能高楼层的会好点吧。

酒店交通比较方便，但是设施老旧。由于入住的房间靠街，且是重要主干路，一天24小时都十分嘈杂，隔音也十分不好，凌晨三点都是接连不断的车辆呼啸而过的声音，再加上赶上十一黄金周价格翻了一倍，400左右的价格这样的条件实在是没有什么可取之处。
