环境卫生很好，服务也很热情，还亲自送我们到房间，周围有水果店和小餐厅，吃夜宵很方便。唯一不足的是没有电梯，有些不方便。

酒店非常好，可惜的是忘记拍房间的照片了，房间及地理位置各方面都非常不错，前台人及客房人员的服务态度也都非常好，父母都非常满意。下次过来西湖游玩，一定会再次入住这家酒店，非常值得推荐入住。

入住时大门不能进、还要走别的门。晚上十点后有门禁、也不提前告知、打电话给前台说工作人员要睡觉、从未遇见过酒店十点后有门禁没法回房间的情况、服务态度不佳。

非常好的一个酒店，房间干净、接待人员热情，住的朝里的房间很安静，出门右转几分钟就是西湖断桥景区，非常方便，唯一就是周边是一排餐馆感觉乱糟糟的，仅酒店而言非常值得推荐
