好的地方是酒店离西湖很近，而且边上就是美食街，用餐方便，房间卫生啥的的也不错，服务也比较周到。不足之处一是没有电梯，二是因为边上是美食街，晚上经常会被下面吃宵夜的人吵到，影响睡眠，此外我们房间的淋浴有忽冷忽热的情况

服务很好，周边环境也不错离西湖很近。早餐品种有点少，价格小贵。一楼到三楼增加点引导标识，这样就很赞了！
