入住第一天的房间靠近马路和酒店，环境嘈杂，向前台反应后换到了二楼的中间房间，服务态度很好，因为没有电梯，酒店会安排保安或者行李员帮吗拿行李

房间的设备设施都很新，卫生间镜子可以加热，前台服务也很周到。唯一不足的就是整理房间的服务员把空酒瓶在房间整整给我放了四天，酒瓶袋子里的垃圾也不扔。

去西湖只要三分钟就到了，旁边就有吃的，粥铺也有，酒店环境非常好，服务态度好，从火车站打车过去二十几块钱。很方便

环境服务安全俱佳，离西湖步行3分钟就到，很方便。我是在携程订的房，只有不带窗436元/天，到店才发现被携程坑了，带窗房才3百多，可惜携程已收了保证金，无法退。店家免费为我调了带窗房

位置不错，位于西湖边上，步行就能到的距离，为了看印象西湖所以定了这个位置，看完回酒店方便一些。普通快捷酒店水平，无功无过…
毕竟西湖六月中，风光不与四时同，接天莲叶无穷碧，映日荷花别样红
