酒店很新很干净简洁。房间内插座设计人性化。有直接的USB插口。走出门口就有很多饭馆，很方便。最主要离西湖风景区非常非常近！比导航的还要近。下次来还会选择这里。

住宿很好，很方便，离西湖很近，是给老妈老爸订的房间，但是听老人回来说杭州西湖外阜车辆交通管制很严，不让进，而且道路很窄……本来也想过些日子开车弄孩子去的，这样看来不行了，也同样想问问开车真的进不了西湖么？还是老人听错了

看评价订的这家酒店，很满意，特别是服务方面真的是炒鸡贴心，前台的工作人员专门帮我们提行李带我们去房间，退房的时候本想不麻烦他们了，但是在楼梯口看到我，又主动帮我把行李拿下来！更开心的是走的时候还送了我们蛋挞跟银耳汤，据说都是他们自己做的，太惊喜了，下次还会来！
