服务很周到，大堂经理很亲切，给小朋友送礼物。入住和离开都帮忙拿行李。房间收拾得挺干净，住的比较舒服，就是晚上有人半夜离开，声音很大，这完全就是个人素质问题。离着西湖特别近，拐个弯就到了，所以大家入住后先转转。杭州是一个路边打不上车，手机叫不到车的城市，虽然说的有点夸张，不过这的交通，尤其是西湖一带，特别差劲！

酒店就在断桥附近，几分钟的路程。领父母出游，免费升级到家庭房，空间比较宽松。父母非常高兴。床上用品干净，下次还会选择住这里。

酒店卫生干净，保洁阿姨很热情，需要东西就迅速送来，前台服务热情，详细介绍如何去打车，怎么坐车比较快，简直打滴滴，比较方便快捷，介绍那里去吃早点，很棒。

酒店环境还可以，停车位在后面有点小。不过是免费的。要吐槽一下，晚上睡了，不知道是不是内部服务员，半夜敲门，说是服务员，把我吵醒后去开门也没见到人。莫名其妙。
