10.1假期提前预定的全季酒店凤起路店的家庭房，入住四天。前台小哥哥小姐姐服务很热情，家庭房房间也很大，卫生环境也超级好，虽然临近居民区，但十分安静。距离凤起路地铁站步行5分钟，交通十分方便。下次来杭州，还会再入住。

酒店位于市中心，离地铁站不远 走路几分钟就到了 凤起路站1号线2号线都有，出行很方便。四周配套都很齐全 吃的玩的逛的都有。出入前台都会热情的打招呼，服务很好 有求必应，大厅看着好舒服，还有好闻的茶香。打扫客房的服务员也都很好，房间很干净，服务员打扫房间时还会贴心的给你放上洗衣液，剃须刀之类的备品。早餐很丰富，很好的一次入住体验。

订的单床房，到店里以后前台给升级了房间，服务很好，房间很干净，去的那天下雨，酒店有提供雨伞和鞋套，很贴心。
