家庭房是套间，面积很大也很人性化，就是不太隔音，住外间总能很清楚的听到楼道里的走路声和关门声。离西湖断桥不远，打车起步价，比较方便。

酒店位置可以，房间也不错！ 儿子蛮喜欢，下次再来杭州玩，继续订这里。早餐没有送是唯一的遗憾，早上一早去附近吃了点。

1.早餐不错2.全季酒店凤起路店给我全家人都很满意的印象3.距离西湖很近4.服务态度好，尤其是前台的几位姑娘，非常殷勤和耐心细致5为了她们也要给全季酒店一个全五分好评6.三楼可以晾衣服也是前台服务员说的。一个很棒的晾衣服的阳台对于我来说真的很重要。

车子开酒店门口,在全季酒店??有一点失望。但一进入酒店大堂，服务员小姐用热情的語气，让人感觉不错。接下来关心地告诉你，根据订单的要求完全???着客人。并且还送一份早餐。走进房间一看，这样的布局和清洁非常不错，請看图片。第二天的早餐也不错??有现磨的咖啡??和中西结合的早餐。为此酒店点赞??
