我是看了他们家网评才选择这家的 ，果然没让我失望，入住的时候很贴心的赠送了我身份证保护套，房间也比较安静，尤其是卫生干净，大厅里楼层上都有一股淡淡的茶香味特别喜欢，每个服务员脸上都洋溢着笑容 ，让我感觉像回家了一样，强烈推荐 推荐体验

这家在全季里面是属于房间面积比较大的了。订了一间大床房 一家人住很好 还有空余的地方供宝宝玩，值得一提的是服务很好，还没有入住，就提前打电话告诉我们杭州比较冷让我们带几件厚衣服，退房的时候还给我们送了暖手宝，超👍。下次出行杭州还会选择这家！

前台小姐姐很热情啊，很赞。杭州风景也很美。在雨夜的杭州看到床台的明信片温暖的小诗，看的出酒店很用心。生活的美好，就要细节处体现。很干净很卫生。

全季的卫生我一直很喜欢，这次酒店位置也不错，价格也不错，可能是房间面积小，卫生间洗漱台设计很不合理，水龙头安装在池子右边，洗手很不方便，台子太窄，低头抬头就怕镜子碰到头，很是小心了。
