很暖心的服务，带的孩子入住 酒店还提供了小孩子的牙刷和拖鞋，还帮忙拿行李去房间 ，卫生也很干净，交通也蛮方便的。

位置距离西湖的东北角大概1.5km，走路可达。酒店是在小区里面，停车不便非常拥挤，小区40一天，合作的停车场距离200m左右，应该。房间宽敞，一贯的全季风格，长条的置物台，长条的座椅，质量稳定。设施唯一不足是中央空调应该需要清洗了，不论打冷风还是暖风都有味道。服务人员都很热情，微笑问好，包括清洁的阿姨，这点值得表扬。
