非常值得推荐的酒店，虽然装修有一段时间了，但是位置特别好，下楼就是西湖湖边，走几步就是商业街，星巴克就在旁边。酒店的前台接待工作特别细心到位，帮我们做了延时入住还把我们的房间进行了升级，躺在床上就可以看到西湖美景，太美啦。房间服务人员的素质真高，房间打理得井井有条，还特意写的字条给我们，问候我们是否住得习惯舒适，还赠送了好多的水和三个好吃的苹果，让我们的行程非常满意。特别推荐这个酒店，下次去杭州，还一定是这家酒店。
