一流的环境，一流的服务，一流的卫生，游西湖绝佳的地理位置，给我们免费升级的双床带阳台的房间，温馨而舒适。晚餐在湖滨28用餐，品尝前杭州西湖的美味佳肴。唯一遗憾的是没有领略西湖音乐喷泉美景，选择此酒店也是此行目的之一。

酒店出行很方便，虽然离开湖边还有个游泳的地方。但银泰周围饮食购物都很好，推荐杭州酒家，酒店服务不错，出去逛街时候她们进来换用品，拉窗帘，送橘子。

酒店是不错 地段 环境 但是手机上订的 是否能使用礼品卡没有提示到位 酒店的服务人员也没有再提示 已经在check in 的时候拿到他面前了 他看也不看 漠不关心 让我白白浪费使用礼品卡的机会

酒店地理位置优越，紧邻西湖，旁边就是湖滨路购物天地，大牌云集，即使没有购物欲，逛逛看看也是令人赏心悦目的。订的湖景房，透过窗子就能看到波光粼粼的西湖，时不时有游客在湖上泛舟，还有往来的“铛铛”车，可以乘一段走一段，也是不错的选择。可惜，房间太小，36平米，跟60-65平米的五星度假型酒店相比，太小了，卫生间要是能与房间打通，或装上透明门，视觉上会好一些。总之，04年开业的，也该重新装修一下了。

酒店位置很好,正对西湖音乐喷泉.进出都很方便.虽然多几百,还是应该定湖景房,感觉完全不一样.但有一点我很意外,在杭州待了一周有点吃腻杭州菜,想改吃西餐,我实在是没想到凯悦里没有西餐厅.

位置非常好，看西湖最好的位置了。躺在床上就能看到西湖。周围吃饭、购物也很方便。
唯一的遗憾，在网上订的湖景房，但是不知道要注明大床房，结果到店后只有湖景标间了。
