环境优美，就是房间味道有点儿重，开着窗户和大门，好点，第一晚没找前台要蚊香，被蚊子叮了五六个包，我们从家拿的小样洗发水和洗衣液，早上出门就放在卫生间，回来就没了，用过的牙刷都没扔，就把我们的给收走了，找前台第二天早上只送回洗发水，洗衣液说不知道哪儿去了，如果没有这个问题，总体还是挺好的，离西湖，雷峰塔还是很近的。
