床单都没有换。是以前住的客人用过的。皱皱巴巴的。枕头也脏兮兮的！服务员态度不好，换个床单，摆个臭脸！我欠你钱啊！三百多连个干净床单被罩枕头都不愿意换啊！

这次旅游住宿真的是有史以来最无语的一次1.刚进房间一股霉味，而且特别多蚊子，问了客房管理说换不了。2.晚上洗澡连个热水都没有。3.早上8点左右客房打扫阿姨门都不敲一下直接刷卡进门，我们还在睡梦中呢。吓死个人。

房间超级大，中央空调，电视盒的电影免费看，距离灵隐寺很近，距西湖15分钟步行就到了。酒店对面就有自家饭馆，吃饭很方便。
