住一个标间，阴暗潮湿，墙纸己经烂掉，最难受房间一股厕所嗅味！洗手间马桶渗水！若再去杭州，免费邀我再次入住，我也不会再次入住！

不如连锁快捷酒店，周围比较偏，景区周围环境还行，晚间九点快十点到的，服务台没有人，安静到诡异。房间里面铺着地毯，气味不太好，装璜老旧看着脏兮兮的，墙线剥脱有霉斑，厕所马桶里不知道是什么水颜色很奇怪，床上被套什么的看着皱皱巴巴的不知道是不是没有换新的。不推荐
