第一：酒店地理位置太偏僻了。除了距离雷峰塔比较近。去其他景点交通一点都不方便，的士都没有。
第二：酒店的服务太垃圾了，定了两天的房间，中通期间，清理房间连被子都不叠，个人洗漱用品也不上，还得自己去前台要。
第三：前台接待服务态度很强烈，很女汉子。

酒店距离西湖喷泉比较远，距离杭州动物园和丝绸博物馆很近，位置不是很好找，但是酒店里面很安静，有公园，餐厅饭菜也不错，性价比一般

挺好的，走路10分钟到雷锋塔，就是位置有些偏，没有吃过好吃的地方，适合白天逛西湖，晚上休息不逛城区的住吧
