优点:1、离雷峰塔景区近，走近路10多分钟就到。2、有停车位，停车方便。3、便宜，标准双人间才200多元。边上吃东西方便又不贵。缺点:感觉卫生不行，睡觉时翻开被子居然有一根长头发。我们住一楼，里面有霉味。
