酒店环境优美，恰好在西湖边上，到雷峰塔和长堤很近。店内设施不错，服务周到。尤其是有一位服务员女生，态度和蔼热情细致主动，我特地看了一下她的名字，叫聂泳枫，值得表扬。

得天独厚的地理位置，优质的服务，引人入胜的风景，酒店还有西子人文讲解，介绍了"汪庄"的前世今生，还参观了G20的宴会厅等区域，当你漫步院中，向东，西，北望是西湖，身后是雷峰夕照，出酒店马路对面是南屏晚钟，向西是苏堤，向东是长桥，都在几分钟的步行范围内。酒店还有自己的游船码头。院内的建筑基本不超过二层，分几座独立的楼，分布在院子各处，院内步步为景。客房的设施具备传统五星酒店的标准，有岁月沉积之感，也算中规中矩。

吃住玩都在酒店内，感谢楼层经理杨月的服务。私家码头游船，文化游园导览，26度温水泳池。每个细节都人性化，宾至如归。牡丹厅菜品好吃。全程除了贵，没有缺点。开心的一次经历。😄
