服务一级棒，房间中规中矩，设备有点老旧，有水果，空调不给力，哈哈，早餐还过得去，不过，总感觉与酒店名气不匹配。酒店环境一级棒，人少，清净，西湖尽收眼里。超级棒！自助晚餐298加15%服务费，性价比不高，虽然住店客人免100，但还是感觉超贵，哈哈哈，幸好还有大闸蟹提供。🤗🤗🤗

非常好的一家酒店，地理位置方便，酒店服务非常好，我们今天退房的时候，因为马拉松赛，我叫的车不能到酒店，八号楼的经理给安排车送到地铁站，贴心的服务，让我们非常感动，下次还会入住浙江西子宾馆，对了还免费升级到豪华园景房，谢谢总台接待还有八号楼的工作人员!
