出发前在同程网上浏览了很久，终于选择了西湖边上的西子宾馆。还是让我们着实惊喜一下，园林式的宾馆占据长长的西湖南面，使我们在宾馆内都能安静享受湖边美景。旁边紧连着雷峰塔和电动游船码头。虽然宾馆建造年份长了些，设备有些陈旧，但还是物有所值。在此感谢同程旅游赠送了自助早餐2份，使我们能进一步享受一下宾馆的餐饮服务。

地理位置和环境无敌，服务满意。因为是普通房，所以酒店用品一般，房间设施有点老旧，早餐自助和中餐零点都挺满意，中餐多，适合我们这种怀旧的八零后老年人，哈哈哈。

来过好多次了，我们住在六号楼，性价比高，贴近西湖边，周围环境好，房间设施也很好，服务员很有礼貌，主动开门，问侯招呼，餐厅菜式丰富，服务态度很规范，特别是张淑萍经理，赵军和聂泳枫三位服务极具热情周到细致，主动介绍菜肴情况，为她们点赞👍下次必选这家酒店！

酒店环境优美，靠近雷峰夕照，环境位置超好，靠近西湖边，服务特别周到，早餐也丰富，房间舒适，还有水果赠送，特别是大堂经理李丽，咖啡厅服务员赵军服务热情，为她们点赞，下次还来必选这家酒店！
