酒店位于雷锋塔景区旁，园林式酒店，西湖岸边，在园区里直接游览西湖，独享西湖美景，环境非常好。酒店服务人员热情、周到，接触到的服务人员都给我留下了美好的印象。宾馆早餐品种丰富，用餐环境清新明亮，客房舒适宽敞、明亮。开始给我分配的房间窗外就是墙，看不到园区景色，我向客房中心提出更换，服务人员也满足了我的要求。宾馆园区的环境处处体现出了春天的气息，使我在这里居住的心情非常愉快。以后还会再来的。

因第一天入住标准间的房间太小，第二天果断换房。价格加一倍，房间面积变大一倍，床也变为超大床。酒店位于雷峰塔旁，去西湖的景点都很方便，私家拥有西湖的美景，不用人挤人，拍美照一级棒。

这次是十一度假，两户人家六口人，选汪庄的目的在出发前就明确了，闹中取静。两晚三天就出了一趟酒店的大门。
酒店里基本解决了度假的所有需求。
六号楼的设施是改更新。
